#9 Sleep

Like I said previously, your health needs attention, and rest is a part of that. Our brains don’t work as hard when sleep deprived – the body needs time to reboot and rejuvenate. Between last minute papers, social life, and work, I know it’ll be hard to incorporate sleep into your schedule. But I can’t stress enough how important it is to get as much rest as possible. Whether that’s at the “right hours” of the day or not, getting some type of rest will pay off.

So, while you’re on your way to work that afternoon, getting ready for your 9am class, or planning for the party that night, just remember to keep sleep apart of the equation.

Sleep really is important – but I highly doubt you’ll be sleeping too often 😉
